Paypal charge 3.65% rate to ur customer when ur customer transfer money to u.
paypal charge 3.055% rate to u when u withdraw money, and Paypal also charge rm3 if withdraw less than rm400.
You exchange 3.257 rate to buy products and u sell at 3.055 rate to customers + u need to pay extra rm3... Can you see paypal company eat so much money?

You might curious why people want to buy Paypal credit since Paypal credit is not worth in value. The answer is because some people doesn't has credit / debit card to top up credit into their Paypal account, so they willing to pay you cash and asking you transfer the credit from your Paypal account into their Paypal account.
I am not sure is it paypal set the currency rate or real market currency rate is rm to usd = 3.257 rate but usd to rm = 3.055 rate? Is it the real currency rate to exchange usd to rm is 3.055 only? Or this low rate is only happen in Paypal?

Western Union Scam
Western Union is good for transferring money to family & friends NOT for purchasing things online!

This scam is becoming one of the most common scams used by scammers. Essentially, a Western Union scam is any scam that takes place using the Western Union method of payment.
Most commonly, there is a situation where a buyer pays for something via Western Union, and then never receives what was paid for; or the buyer pays for an item via Western Union, and then receives an item of a value far lower than what was actually paid for.
Please note this scam takes a various number of forms for a wide variety of items. Just because it does not match exactly your transaction or potential transaction, does not mean it is not the same scam. In other words, avoid any scams the resembling the following situation.
1. Buyer finds an item at a price far lower that what would actually be paid for that item.
2. Buyer shows interest in the item, thinks the deal is too good to pass up, and asks for more information on how to complete the transaction. The scammer knows the victim is already interested.
3. The seller tells the buyer to send the money via Western Union, the seller then asks for the Western Union MTCN # or the money transfer number (this is basically a number that gives the thief access the money).
4. Once the thief has the MTCN or money transfer number, he/she can pick up the money at any Western Union worldwide and disappear. The buyer has paid, but the item that was paid for will never be sent.

- Buy goods and services from known and trusted sources.
- Avoid paying for online auction purchases through money transfer.
- Use extra caution if buying or selling items to someone outside of your country, especially when buying popular, high-dollar,items.
- Discontinue any transaction if someone coaches you on how to respond to questions asked by Western Union. This is a sure sign of fraud.
- Check with the Better Business Bureau if you are suspicious of a business.
- Contact your State Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs if you think someone is trying to defraud you.

The Western Union Money Transfer service is a great way to send money to people you know and trust.
- It isn't intended to send money to someone you don't know.
- Western Union doesn't provide an escrow service and isn't responsible for the quality or non-receipt of any goods or services.
- Sending money using a fictitious receiver name won't protect you when doing business with a stranger. Don't do it.
- Where available, the “Test Question” feature is designed for emergency situations where the receiver will not have proper identification. It should never be used as additional security to time or delay payment of a transaction.
- With few exceptions, Money Transfer Control Numbers (MTCNs) are not required to pick up money. If someone tells you differently, check with Western Union directly.

Beware Online Sellers Cheat Buyers!!!
A lot of cheaters selling contact lens, fashion cloth and beauty products to cheat people's money on the Internet in Malaysia. They receive the money from the buyers but they won't delivery the products to them because actually they don't have the products, they are just a cheater.
The worse case :
My sister is selling contact lens online. The cheaters cheat people that they are working for my sister, the cheaters ask the customers bank in money to their bank accounts, then they will ask my sister delivery the stock. But after they received the money in their bank, they run away. The customers call my sister "why so many weeks already but I still didn't receive the products"? My sister answered "I didn't receive your payment yet, so how can I send you the products"?
Some cheater doing preorder, they can cheat more money because they receive money from many buyers before closing date of preorder, they can get many customers and money within 1 or 2 month.
Some cheater doing wholesale, they can cheat more money too because the customers buy big quantity of products.
Newspaper already published the news about those online cheaters including their bank account info also show on the newspaper. Why the police still didn't take action to catch those cheater? Malaysia police is suck? Police are not interested to handle this issue? Damn, they let the cheaters continue spoil the online business / e-commerce!!! Now many buyers are not dare to buy products through internet because worrying the seller is a cheater.
Can you guys take some serious action on it? If you want to report a cheater, you can use the comment box at below to post a comment to tell me the information of the cheater :
1) Bank name of the cheater.
2) Bank account number of the cheater.
3) Bank owner/holder's name.
4) The products that you bought from the cheater.

How to use Google Adsense
Steps :1 Go sign up an account from http://blogger.com or http://wordpress.com. Then login to your account to create a blog there. Then post many attractive articles to your blog.
2. Go sign up a Google Adsense account from https://www.google.com/adsense. You need to give the following information during sign up: website URL, website language, name, address and telephone number.
3. Activate the Google Adsense account. Upon account approval, an email notification will arrive. Click on the link in the email to activate the Adsense account.
4. Login to your Google Adsense account. Then click on the "Adsense setup" tab. Click on the "Adsense for content" link. Choose the "Ad unit" option in the next screen and select "Continue." And finally select the correct "Ad format" and then choose "Continue".
5. In the grey Google adsense box there is advertisement code. You can copy the advertisement code and paste it into any place of your blog.

In my Google Adsense account, it shows that my payment is on hold, I need to complete the 3 tasks below then only I can get the payment from Google company :
1) Verify your pin number.
2) Select or verify a form of payment.
3) Submit your tax information.
I did receive a very small size letter from google company. The letter is sent from USA to me at Malaysia :
There is a pin number on the letter. After I know the pin number from the letter, I need to key in the pin number on to my Google Adsense account so that Google company can send me the cheque payment to my house in future :

After complete verify Pin number, I need to select how to receive their payments, there are two options for me :
1) Check - Standard Delivery (should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the mailing date).
2) Check - Secured Express Delivery ($24.00 Processing Fee and should arrive within 1 week).
Then I need to submit my tax information :
Sign my name to confirm my tax information is correct :
I need to earn USD100 then only Google company will send out the payment to me. USD30 will be deducted to pay the fees for tax info submission, verification and payment method selection. So after deducts the usd30 fees, I will receive USD70 only :
