LGQ_1_72SD - LG C710h and P500h added.

New version - LGQ_1_72SD is uploaded at support sites in LG section.
- Added full support,including direct unlock,IMEI,BT and security repairing,
NVM reading,writing and repairing for LG C710h and P500h phones.
P500h must be flashed before with special flash for unlock to use these functions.
- Implemented support for new Gemalto and JCOP41 cards.Actually all softwares which
will have "SD" in name will work with old e-gate and new Gemalto and JCOP cards.
